Born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Before coming to work at Preston I was a long time customer here. This is the only dealership I felt more than just a number. Prior to coming here to do Finance, I spent 5 years with quicken loans as mortgage loan officer / director. I enjoy spending my time away from work with my wife and two sons, My hobbies include making music and golfing. I attended Kent State university as well as Cleveland state university studying business, finance, and marketing. I also work in the nursery business with my father. Everyday is a learning experience and an opportunity to become better. Working at Preston has been one of the best decisions I have made. I would not want to be anywhere else.

When we walked in we were greeted by Tom, who happened to be our sales person. We were late upon arrival but that didn’t seem to be an issue or major concern. Tom was friendly, outgoing, and engaging - a gre be our sales person. We were late upon arrival but that didn’t seem to be an issue or major concern. Tom was friendly, outgoing, and engaging - a great person to have on a team especially sales team ! The whole process took about 4 hours from start to finish including a test drive, a little back and fourth with Shannon, and our wrap up with our closer Dylan. Everyone was friendly and supportive ! We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and in no time we were on our test drive. Although it was a used car it felt like new, our salesman JJ was knowledgeable, not too high energy and that made us feel we were on our test drive. Although it was a used car it felt like new, our salesman JJ was knowledgeable, not too high energy and that made us feel comfortable. The tour around the service department was a nice touch. The waiting area was well stocked, spacious and comfortable. Takes the pain out of having to kill time while you’re car is getting serviced. We get the feeling that the people at Preston don’t just want to sell you a car (at a great price of course), they want to help you take care of it and make the whole process less intimidating. We will definitely be buying future vehicles from Preston. More
