I'm not really big on writing reviews, but selling a vehicle with mismatching tires is unsafe, and frankly something I would expect out of a corner used car lot, not from a brand dealer as prestigious a vehicle with mismatching tires is unsafe, and frankly something I would expect out of a corner used car lot, not from a brand dealer as prestigious as Audi. 3 of the tires were of the same brand and model, while the 4th was of the same brand but a different model and with a completely different tread pattern. The mismatched tire was replaced by Audi Lynnwood per the vehicle history report given to me. After consulting with a couple local tire centers and my local Audi dealer (I am not from the Seattle area), all agreed the misalignment in tread patterns was both a safety and vehicle longevity concern. This is not the experience I would expect from an Audi dealership. I will now have to have all 4 replaced to ensure the safety and integrity of the vehicle. Dylan did fine as a salesman, he didn't inspect each tire individually and I wouldn't expect him too. However, for that to go unnoticed by their service department, replacing a tire with a mismatching model, is completely unacceptable. I called a few weeks later when the error was recognized and was essentially blown off. I will not be doing any business here in the future. More
