The car sellers at Fowler in Broomfield did not know the most basic facts about trading in a vehicle in Colorado. (Had we been given the proper information, we would have done this deal differently.) Then, upon being made aware of their mistake by their corporate office, they never bothered to contact us to let us know that they made a mistake and that they didn't file the title paperwork with the county (costing us a bunch of time also). Worse, they took no responsibility whatsoever for the mistake and their incompetence. I would never buy a car here. If you do, do not trust what they tell you (or their paperwork) but double check and verify everything. Instead of apologizing, that's what they said that we should have done. Unbelievable. More
