He was patient with explaining and re-explaining some of the details of the car, possible financing, and setting up the car. Our negotiations were easy and Dylan did his best to get us a good finance rate. Gina completed financing without a hitch. Jason Oquendo lied to me about an engine problem with my 2019 VW Atlas, he apprised it at 16,000 & I traded it same day to a toyota dealership for 19,500 and they did not find an “engine issue”.
