Kia service is terrible, I took my Kia Sportage in three times for the same issue. I advised each time of the issue and how to resolve to deaf ears, I was given a bandaid fix. This last service I had to spe times for the same issue. I advised each time of the issue and how to resolve to deaf ears, I was given a bandaid fix. This last service I had to speak in a stern voice to get my point across and advise of the issue with my 2023 Kia Sportage. My suv was kept for 4 days and I was told a loaner is not offered. This is my 5th Kia, in all my years of interacting with Kia, this by far is the worse customer service and dealership. I do not recommend them, when I’m ready to trade my vehicle I will take my business elsewhere. More

Rip off dealership that lies about service packages when making sales. Was told that my free oil changes and nitrogen tire refills were tied to my VIN in their system when I bought the car and when I went i making sales.
