My car salesman was great Dylan but unhappy with the financing department. I know interest rates are crazy but I have an 800 credit score and want to charge me 10.2 interest rate. I received approval Suncoast for a loan a day later and was approved for 72 months $325 a month but I jumped and it’s my fault so now im stuck with 80 months at $397 🫠. My fault but lesson learned. Will never attempt to finance through a dealership again. More

If it wasn’t for Steve the sales manager I would be going home in a new car today. I was already pre-approved with suncoast for over the amount of the car and things were going amazing with my sales advisor home in a new car today. I was already pre-approved with suncoast for over the amount of the car and things were going amazing with my sales advisor Dilyn, he did everything right made me feel comfortable and really made me feel good about my future purchase. When it came time to test drive it the sales manager wanted me to do a credit report before driving the car but sent my sales advisor to tell me, typically you drive a car before you buy it… So Steve comes to sit with me and the first words out of his mouth were “Where’s your daddy? Do you need him here to buy the car? Do you even work? If my 20 year old came home with that car without telling me I would be pissed.” What type of disrespectful customer service like that has ever closed a deal for you? Again Dilyn is a great sales advisor but I cannot say that I feel comfortable making a purchase with Steve as the sales manager on my deal. More

Bad experience. Though the vehicle we purchased is beautiful I would not recommend the dealership to others. The process started via an online inquiry was confusing. We were shuffled around between beautiful I would not recommend the dealership to others. The process started via an online inquiry was confusing. We were shuffled around between individuals to eventually get a salesperson. At the dealership the experience was confusing, frustrating, and exhausting. Some of the lowlights: The vehicles to view are at a satellite lot. The salesperson needs to drive you to the lot. The vehicle the salesperson chose would not start. The salesperson had us wait in the parking lot while he went back inside presumably to get keys for another vehicle. Instead he came back with a portable jump starter and after a failed attempt to repair the vehicle went back inside and got the keys to the vehicle adjacent to the defective one. Additional lowlights: salesperson advised we cannot use outside lender(not sure if that’s true), that the rate offered through Honda of Ft Myers is comparable to Suncoast(they are not even close. 6% vs 2.75%) and that we could pay our loan off right away(also not true only to be revealed once we met with finance) Once in finance there is a bunch of “initial here” and “sign here” so it becomes confusing. Later when I actually reviewed the contract I see we signed up for something entitled “theft” which was $295. Have no idea what that is so I have emailed the GM to hopefully have that reversed. More
