The sales representatives Dylan and Brandon Rice were extremely pleasant, not pushy or aggressive. Brandon suggested I take the truck for a test drive. I have never driven a 4 x 4 truck and he patiently explained how the shifting of gears worked. I was so impressed the test drive and customer service turned into a purchase.
