I am sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience. The residual amount from your original lease, is the exact amount you paid during the purchase of your vehicle at the end of the lease. We did not charge you more and that is something we cannot do, and would not do. If your payment increased, that is based solely on the interest rate the bank gave you and they determine that based on credit score only.
Sara was very professional and friendly in our dealings
with us. She was informed about the attributes of the car we bought and was not “pushy” in terms of getting us to buy extended coverage for the car.
