The dealership people were fine. Dylan was really great. I’m well old enough to be his mom and I feel like he kind of treated me like « mom age » (which I found sweet). I promised him that when it came time for a survey I was going to comment on how old and outdated the inside of the dealership felt. The seats in the show room were peeling and there was a brewed coffee machine and in the service waiting room was older furniture. In comparing that with other dealerships I was in - as I was looking at cars - it fell considerably short in terms of comfort and amenities. Not that this should be that important, but I had to wait in the waiting area a couple times in the last 6 weeks and it wasn’t overly comfortable or welcoming. More

Day of test driving, purchasing car was a good experience. But the ball was dropped getting the title work done so we could pay for registration and get our plates. Everything was great except the finance guy didn’t submit our loan to VW for almost 3 weeks and I had to call him before he did it! We didn’t get the paperwork for the plates until the day they expired whic our loan to VW for almost 3 weeks and I had to call him before he did it! We didn’t get the paperwork for the plates until the day they expired which was extremely inconvenient. Also, no one ever contacted my insurance company like they said they would. After 2 weeks I contacted them to switch the insurance over. People were nice but lacked follow through. I hope you guys can get it together over there. Kind of seemed unprofessional. More
