Dwight Pearson is a ROCKSTAR! When I walked in on the dealer I walked directly to Dwight and explain all my frustrations with car dealers. He listened to me ramble and once I was done, he was very sincere on his reply saying he was sorry but he wanted to consult and see where my needs are. He took the time to get to know me and most importantly listen to me. Let me tell you, I have never felt so well cater to my needs are. He sure is a rock star for the whole process, not ONCE I felt pressure to make a decision. All of my questions were answer and all my expectations on what I needed for a car were met along with the price range I wanted to stay on. Even after the sale was finished he followed up with us to see how we liking the car and if we had any questions. Oh and he is great with kids, he even remember to ask how my daughter was doing by her name when he did the follow up. I do really recommend him. He gets A+++ in my book. More

Inital purchase expierence was great, follow through was not My husband and I both purchased vehicles from Anderson Ford within a few weeks of each other. the initial sales encounter and the helpfulness of the s My husband and I both purchased vehicles from Anderson Ford within a few weeks of each other. the initial sales encounter and the helpfulness of the staff was great and they were very friendly and willing to go out of their way for both of us to find exactly what we wanted. However, sadly that is where it ended. The person that sold us my vehicle was supposed to get the spare key and get it to me so that I had it, it has been a year now and I still do not have one. I purchased one on my own about a month after my vehicles purchase and called to make and appointment and expected them to program my key fob, they refused and I was told I would have to pay about $60 for the service. While going down this road I discovered that the dealership gave me the wrong key fob as well, my vehicle has remote start (that is standard on the vehicle) and the key fob I was given did not have the button available on it. The other problem that I am currently having is that about 6 months after my purchase, my air conditioner went out. I took it to the dealership to have it looked at where I was charged $120.00 to tell me what was wrong, this on top them telling me that it was going to cost almost $1000.00 to fix. I was also informed that this, so conveniently was not covered under a warranty or the extended warranty that I purchased. So overall, I feel that the dealership initially will go out of there way to help you and get you in a vehicle that you are looking for, but once you leave the lot, they could care less. They have their money and then they are done, the sales employee Dwight was great, but the service department was less than helpful. I think that the next time I go to purchase a car, I will be looking at other dealerships. More

Lemon On July 6 we purchased a used vehicle for my 16 year old son to drive to and from school. Less than two months and approximately 700 miles later the engine light came on. They did nothing about it. Mick the manager did not return my phone call and Rick, the general manager, did not return a phone call either. My husband and I are very dissatisfied with this dealership. I was told "that is the risk you take when you buy a car as is." Dwight, the salesman, said he felt bad that it happened but he "had no recourse." He sent me to autozone to find out what the code meant. No one offered to help us fix it. We bought this car because the team said it was the kind of car they would put their own kid in, this was not the car we went there to see. We are pretty sure this car had this problem when they sold it to us. We did get the car repaired elsewhere for $1800. We will never do business with them again! More
