The transmission on our brand new 2025 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited exploded the day after we got it. It’s been in the shop for 23 days now. Before we took possession of the truck, it was agreed upon between us, the salesperson, and finance that we could come back for the new truck after it was cleaned, protective coating put on, etc. But the salesperson manager would not allow this (even if it states in the paperwork we signed we couldn’t this). He insisted we take the truck that night. We hadn’t unload the truck we were trading in (which was full of equipment). We drove the truck not 50 miles before it exploded. Customer service was horrible. No options to trade for a new truck without putting another $8k or more down. Now, we are stuck with a truck that has had a catastrophic failure. One that is unreliable. One that could be dangerous if other issues occur. We are stuck with this one that will hopefully get fixed soon. I am paying a car note for a vehicle I do not have in my possession. More

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion on Wednesday, December 4th. On Sunday, December 8, I went to unlock the car and it would not unlock. Thinking that it could be the battery in the remote, I tried the other 4th. On Sunday, December 8, I went to unlock the car and it would not unlock. Thinking that it could be the battery in the remote, I tried the other one. Still nothing. I remove the cover off the lock on the driver side and got in the car. Everything was dead. I popped the hood and of course start looking at the battery because that’s what it seems to be. upon inspecting the battery closer I noticed that it was swollen on the end. I removed the battery and sure enough the other end was the same way. There is no way that this happened within four days of me purchasing the car. It was something that was missed and the service department before the car was sold. I reached out to the dealership and spoke to a sales manager, who pretty much blowed it off and said that they were not going to cover it. I sent pictures and videos to not only Neil, but to also the general manager in an email. I have heard nothing. This is absolutely poor customer service after the sale. I sadly will never purchase another car from this dealership nor will I ever recommend this dealership. if anyone ask me about this dealership, I will tell them the exact problem that I had. I suppose had I bought a brand new car ranging from $50-$100,000 or a preowned car that would’ve been $20-$40,000 they would’ve been all over it to replace the battery. I have purchased a car from a different dealership in Florida several years ago. Had an issue the day after and that dealership bent over backwards to make sure that they took care of the issue so that I was taken care of. It’s not the fact that I can’t afford the battery. It’s the fact of this should’ve been taken care of by the dealership. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth for this dealership and sadly, I will not be returning to this dealership to ever purchase another vehicle again, regardless of how bad that I want a vehicle that they may have. As far as the one that was my sales rep, chip, he was good. I have no complaints with him. My complaints is the management. They don’t care about the customer. Well I suppose they care if you bring a fat wallet to the table. Jillian was really good with finance. I have no complaints with her. More
