First of all, the sales process went smoothly, and I have

I cancelled the dealer's third-party extended warranty within 60 days of purchas

I cancelled the dealer's third-party extended warranty within 60 days of purchase, which per contract requires the dealer to refund in full within 30 days from notification.
I had contacted BMW Ramsey over 10 times for nearly FOUR MONTHS, but still have not received it, with promises of "it's coming".
Per NJ law, as noted in page 9 of extended warranty contract "VEH250GX (07/22)", 10% monthly penalty applies to the refund after 45 days. If you get the run-around as well, make sure YOU RECEIVE THE 10% MONTHLY PENALTY that's due to you.
I've finally had enough and filed a case with BBB.

Update 3/8/2023:
Within 2 days of filing complaints with Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and posting these experience reviews, BMW Ramsey reached out to me for the first time in 4 months. A refund check actually arrived today, postmarked 3/1/2023, but ONLY for the original amount. It's missing the twice 10% monthly penalties owed. Danielle has promised to follow up with Lithia corp office for the missing amount.
