Theo was by far the best employee and most helpful. He went out of his way and made sure everything was taken care of and went beyond to help me. He is honest and smart. Although during my service a screw cover from a tire was lost and never replaced, after 3 days in the service center, I just wanted my car back. And the service took to long and I had no car for 3 days and was never offered a rental. But whatever. Besides that Theo helped and was outstanding. More
