Took my new used car in for a few things. Had my 2017 Prius C (90k miles) from 11/11/24 to 12/6/24. Communication was very limited throughout. I feel like this service should’ve been covered by Toyota’s Customer Support Program 24TE01, but instead had to pay $3,781.12. Bought my car new in 2017. Will not buy a new Toyota again. More
