I’m extremely frustrated by how this has been handled. I’ve also been blocked from your Facebook page, and you’ve only responded through my Google review. The odometer discrepancy adds to my concern, but the core issue remains: the brakes did not meet manufacturer standards, and that’s being ignored. They shouldn’t get corrosion to the point that they need to be replaced in 3 mths of ownership. The rear have been replaced and have no issues but front are corrosion to the point that jiffy lube took 30 minutes removing tire in order to replace the nail in tire. In just three months and 5,000 miles, the front brakes and rotors are already so corroded they need full replacement. That level of deterioration is not normal for such low mileage and short ownership. It raises serious concerns about the quality of the components and whether the vehicle was properly inspected before sale. Specifically when the odometer isn’t transcribed correctly. To resolve this fairly, I’m willing to pay for labor at another dealership if you agree to cover the cost of the parts. That’s a reasonable compromise given the underlying issue and the trust I’ve lost in your service department. I can even pick up parts from your parts department. I’m open to updating my review positively if this is resolved. Otherwise, I’ll continue updating it to reflect my experience. More

If I could rate this review as 0 stars I would! Here we go! I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others. I recently purchased a 2021 Mercedes B Here we go! I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others. I recently purchased a 2021 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 from Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie MD on July 26, 2025, and unfortunately, it has not been a positive experience. Only after driving the car off the lot, I began noticing issues with the brakes. After having it inspected, I was informed that both the brakes and rotors need to be replaced, which is extremely disappointing for a vehicle that was just sold to me. These are not minor issues—they're critical for safety and should have been addressed before the sale. I expected that the dealership would ensure basic mechanical components were in good condition or at least disclose any known issues. Instead, I feel misled and let down by the lack of transparency and quality control. I reached out to the dealership to express my concerns, but I was told there was nothing they could do,” or I can pay $2,400 to replace the brakes and rotors!!!!! I made multiple attempts to have the dealership rectify the issue and was treated like trash! All of my concerns were discarded and one of the managers had the audacity to have a smirk on his!!!!!!’ Let me also remind anyone who is going to read my review that I reported the issue to the dealership the very next day (July 27th, 2925) after driving off the lot! I took the car to their service center twice and was told it was theirs tires only to be told the second time that there is a “slight pulsation in the rotors!!!’ Did I mention all of this occurred less than a week of purchasing the car!!!! I hope this review encourages the dealership to take more responsibility for the condition of the vehicles they sell. I also recommend that potential buyers to purchase your vehicle from a dealership that is certified in the car you want to buy!!! More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP I purchased my car from the Ourisman Chevrolet in Bowie a month ago, a red 2020 Toyota Camry. In that short time the brake bolts on my rear passenger side of my my car from the Ourisman Chevrolet in Bowie a month ago, a red 2020 Toyota Camry. In that short time the brake bolts on my rear passenger side of my car loosened, slipped to the front, and popped my tire. First i called roadside assistance to at least switch to my spare but the wheel lock was never put in my car. This is already gross negligence and a huge safety hazard. Because of this i had to get a tow to my dealership instead and i spent $350 to tow it to them as they said they would handle it. As soon as my car arrived however the service managers said they would not fix it, and the one i met with when i went to the dealership implied either i did something to the brake or pissed someone off. He also suggested i should file an insurance claim but I didn’t feel comfortable doing that as I am not at fault. My usage of the vehicle would not have caused my brake to slide up on my tire. Also, as a result of their negligence I could’ve lost my life and others could’ve been affected as well. I’ve never had brake bolts come loose and they couldn’t have if they weren’t already. I haven’t been in any accidents or sped over any speed bumps, nothing that would have made my brake slide around my tire. Again i stress that the wheel lock was missing from the car and that in itself is a huge safety hazard which everyone I spoke to brushed off, so they do not seem to care about customer safety. I also spoke to the sales manager, Brian reiterating my concerns. He said he would get back to me during the day Friday and he has still not contacted me. This lack of communication shows they do not have true concern for safety issues. I do not see how they can make me responsible for a mechanical failure within a month of me purchasing this car. I could’ve died since i had no knowledge the bolts could’ve even been loose until the week leading up to my flat tire. I do not believe the car was thoroughly checked before i left as they were in a rush to get me out of there to begin with. Again I never touched my brake or that wheel so how the bolts came loose is a mystery to me and with the way the service manager and sales manager responded to me trying to shift blame, I do not trust this dealership. I work at dealership myself and talked extensively with my managers, they agreed that this seemed pretty sketchy as a response especially when Ourisman is in the wrong. Not only was i endangered but i could’ve been stranded and i ended up spending more on tows because my wheel lock was never given to me. I will be sending a complaint into the Better Business Bureau as i wouldn’t want this to happen to any other customer. Freshly purchasing a car and having something of this magnitude occur is already troubling in itself but it’s clear they do not want to fix the issue. More

The service department had the car for over a week for a check engine light. They had the week before allegedly replaced the catalitic converter, but later found they only cleaned the old one even though a check engine light. They had the week before allegedly replaced the catalitic converter, but later found they only cleaned the old one even though a new one was covered by a warranty. As it turned out the engine light was caused by an exhaust leak from a pipe or hose coming out of the catalitic converter, allegedly. I called three times during the week and was never informed of this problem. When I finally made contact with the service representative, I was told of the leak and the cost would be $1077 because this pipe/hose was not covered by the warranty. Well they had my car, the key and to get it back I would have to pay. They would accept a personal check even though I was a Bowie resident for 45 years, it was a local bank and they had all my information. Company policy I was told. I had to pay by credit card for an additional fee of $30.39. the customer service at this dealership sucks. I wouldn't recommend going to establishment to buy a car or to having one serviced. More
