The engine warning light on my F350 has come on several times and overnight it went off. When I explained the issue to Dwayne Callaway, the service advisor, he took an instrument and went to the truck and times and overnight it went off. We went back to the office where he looked up - it was for crankcase cooling which is an expensive thing to fix. He took it upon himself to check with Ford to see if there were any recalls or memos on this issue. There is and the fix was covered under warranty. I really appreciate him taking the extra steps to take the best care of me. It is this kind of service that we have seen from Phil Long for the 9 years we have owned our F350's. More

First bad experience with Phil Long service. Not done when promised and job was not done correctly, which I had to point out to them and have them fix . Took an extra hour of my time. Dwayne was helpf when promised and job was not done correctly, which I had to point out to them and have them fix . Took an extra hour of my time. Dwayne was helpful and resolved issues I presented to him. Lets not blame "covid" for shoddy work. Lets just get back to excellent performance and "true" customer satisfaction. More

We had a problem with our new truck part was not available Dwayne ant the service department did everything they possibly could to find a part that was on back order. Was actually surprised that Dwayne and the fellas at the service department repaired my truck camera and serviced my truck and got it back to me as promised. No glitches and no surprises. Dwayne, or service representative was knowledgeable and friendly. He even made sure we had a loaner car to drive for the day. Dwayne is a SCAM Your service department is a SCAM! They LIED to me by saying I had material in my trans fluid so the can charge me $5100 for a new transmission. Duane Your service department is a SCAM! They LIED to me by saying I had material in my trans fluid so the can charge me $5100 for a new transmission. Duane and the trans tech need to be FIRED. I took my truck to 2 different mechanics/trans shops before bringing it to Phil Long. Everyone is stumped with my trans issue; so I figured take to a Ford dealer. While my truck was at the previous shop, only 2 weeks prior; I had them replace the trans filter and fluid. That didn't fix the issue, so I brought it to Phil Long. Duane informs me the trans is "puking" fluid and the fluid has clutch material in it. I knew it wasn't "puking" fluid and I knew there wasn't debris in the fluid; so I declined the $5100 transmission and took the truck directly to another trans shop. I specifically asked them to check the fluid and inspect the trans. They confirmed; THERE WAS ZERO material or debris in the trans fluid. HOWEVER, DUANE SAID THERE WAS! How does debris in the transmission disappear? I can only assume since this issue has stumped 2-3 trans shops, the trans tech couldn't figure out the issue so they lied about finding material in the fluid and recommended a new trans. I've researched new and rebuilt trans; most shops are $2300-$2800 and one other shop was $3800 but Phil Long is $5100? Why so expensive? I've bought a few vehicles from Phil Long in the past; I'm actually planning to buy a new diesel truck this year...but not from Phil Long. True story; my uncle just picked up his new truck today, be bought a Chevy 3500 4 door diesel 4x4 from Ed Bozarth because they don't rip people off like Phil Long does. I will make sure this survey review gets posted to every review forum I can find. I hope people STAY AWAY FROM PHIL LONG FORD! Oh, by the way; the parts and labor to fix my trans was less than $1,000! Thanks for trying to rip me off! More
