Scheduled Service for Transmission Software Update I had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am and arrived on time. I "reported in" for my appointment and was told by my advisor that the car repairs would I had a scheduled appointment at 8:00 am and arrived on time. I "reported in" for my appointment and was told by my advisor that the car repairs would be completed that day. I received a call at approximately 3:30pm from my advisor and was told the car was finished and available for pickup. I talked some with Dwane Callaway and the work completed and he encouraged me to drive the vehicle and if problems appears with the transmission, I should call to make further appointments for possible repairs. More

Service guys were terrific. They both communicated well I was informed through the entire service experience. Called one day to make an appointment and dropped the truck off early. Service is beyond bad I would not grace the door of Phil Long Ford. Service is beyond bad, the lip service is however, excellent. Purchased new car with extended service pl I would not grace the door of Phil Long Ford. Service is beyond bad, the lip service is however, excellent. Purchased new car with extended service plan. The plan required the use of coupon book to receive the prepaid oil changes. The separate quickie lube shop always tried to misplace the coupon book I had to wait 45 min for them to locate it on two separate visits. Never once reset the cars computer to show the oil change had been done. They forgot to put oil back in once, on a separate visit they forgot to put the Oil fill cap back on and tried to charge me for a replacement cap. I was charged for injection cleaning on a car with 1500 miles on it which we latter did get refunded after we proved the fault was due to a recall part failure. The last transmission failure, second set of recalled parts, we were told by the dealership service repressive (Dwayne) that they do not set appointments. We would need to drop off our car to get it in line and they might be able to look at it in 4 days. The care was still under warranty. This dealership is the worst we have dealt with. We have disposed of the car.. Run away !!!! More
