I brought my in laws to purchase a c-VHR XLE 2019 . The sales person was Tulo, he was not too knowledgeable about the vehicle was very impatient he was more interested in closing the deal. we were interested in 2 options Purchased or Lease he could not explain the lease option clearly. The vehicle was not on premises he had to locate the vehicle from another dealer. we had an agreement on the price including The $1000,00 cash back with 2.9% APR for 5 yrs. $500.00 deposit fully refundable if the vehicle did not meet our satisfaction. He did not give the listing of equipment when we called him the forward a copy to us . he was very upset and unprofessional over the phone. he was again interested to meet his quota for the month he wanted to set up an appointment which was not convenient to us. I decided to call the Sales manager D'von I explained the entire situation he asked me to come and meet with him he will make it worth my time. I went to meet with him we saw the car and agreed to purchased the car , he gave us the same agreed price plus $500.00for the previous incident, but he told us the $1000.00 was not part of the package it is either or not both. I call another Dealer who told me " the $1000.00 discount is toward the purchase of the car regardless if I am financing the purchase. Toyota financing will honor The rate of 2.9% APR as long my credit rating of 8.00 is qualified. I told the manager I have different information from Toyota dealer. He shouted at told me " why are you lying to me" I was shocked I asked him did you say I am lying? He answered 'yes" I was humiliated . I did not expect this behavior from a sales Manager. More

AMAZING STAFF I have recently purchased a car from Millennium Toyota, Camery 2018 SE. First, I never thought I would be able to afford a new car because of my credi I have recently purchased a car from Millennium Toyota, Camery 2018 SE. First, I never thought I would be able to afford a new car because of my credit score isn't that great, so whenever I went to dealers they always want it to empty my wallet, however, it didn't happen here at Millennium. When I arrived, I met with the sales manager Devon, he then introduced me to Twinkle, she is one of the sale staff. This girl helped me not only to pick the right car but also she helped me to pick the right color. We all know when you purchase a new car, picking the color it could become a very big obstacle, but this is not the case when Twinkle is there to help you. I drove the car I felt in love with it, I was prying to get the car I test drive, and I did. I wish the management know how helpful their staff are. Devon made sure I get the right car, Twinkle helped me to test drive the car, explain all the futures that car has, and helped me big time with the color. Everyone saw the car have opened their eyes widely, more and more compliments everyday.
