I had an amazing experience with BMW of Columbia. I purchased the car sight unseen and 2000 miles away but Dusty Volle made it as easy as possible. I was searching for a used 2018 X5 with specific features and, after much searching and poor experiences with local sellers/dealerships, I expanded my search nationwide. I found the right car at BMW of Columbia and, still undecided on buying a car out of state, got in touch to check availability and service records. From there, Dusty was incredibly helpful. I received prompt replies to all my questions and the dealership had no issue with getting me a pre-purchase inspection at the independent shop of my choice and sending more detailed pictures. When a price was negotiated, there was no pushiness and I could always sense the team was working to provide me with a professional experience. It was this way all through the process, including multiple delays from the carrier I booked, requiring Dusty to stay at the dealership after-hours waiting for them to arrive. The car arrived clean, as described, and with a full tank of gas. It's no surprise that the reviews for the dealership are so positive and I'd have no problem recommending Dusty Volle, Brad Davis, and the rest of the team to anyone. More
