Easy over the phone price negotiation. When I came in to purchase the vehicle it was clean and in the show room. Wrote a check and signed papers but couldn’t take the car that day. I came back 2 days later for pick up, called 6 hours ahead of time and gave the exact time I’d be there. Pick up time came, I arrived and they didnt know where the vehicle was. When they finally found it, no delivery prep had been done yet. I still had to sit and wait for 30 minutes while they put license plates on, lazily pulled stickers off the windshield and left adhesive everywhere that now I have to take care of. Thought it was going to be a good experience but it turned out sub par. More

I am updating my review from a previous review written when I was not a happy camper. I purchased a vehicle which was not gone through with a fine toothed comb in regard to cleanliness when I went to pick when I was not a happy camper. I purchased a vehicle which was not gone through with a fine toothed comb in regard to cleanliness when I went to pick it up. However in speaking with the general sales manager, Rick, he did apologize and made it good. I understand, life does happen. I would now give this dealership a 4, one star short of five simply because this shouldn’t have happened, however again, they did make it good.
