I inquired about a maverick and said I had questions. A shelby reached out via email. And text, I didn't respond fast enough to Shelby's text and a Michael Bleichert reached out. Rather than provide customer service his response was. "This is Mike Cleichert and I am here at the dealership. I do not have a available Maverick at this time." Not a but if you have any questions I am here to help just we don't have any. It felt like it was a bother to talk to him. I have been dealing with several dealerhsips. Most are terrible so this doesn't surprise me. The internet Sales manager reached (Dustin Duff) out and tried to make up for it. But alas first impressions are the strongest. Clearly Mike doesn't care about setting up future sales. If you can't buy now I am not wasting my time is the vibe I got. (to be fair tone cannot be translated via text) I explained to Dustin what happened and how I felt. He asked if he could help with my questions. I told him no that I would be moving on to another dealership. Unfortunately I will never do business with San Tan Ford in the future because of this. I hope they will teach their people better etiquette when texting. More

Above And Beyond I'm a typical auto customer. I know what I want and how much I'd like to pay. San Tan Ford had the exact car at the right price. But I was in Prescott I'm a typical auto customer. I know what I want and how much I'd like to pay. San Tan Ford had the exact car at the right price. But I was in Prescott, AZ (about 120 miles away.) San Tan Ford sent a salesman up to my home to drive me back and complete the sale of the car. That's great! But then when I finally got back home 120 miles away with my new Mustang, I discovered the car had a door-dent on the driver side door. I called San Tan Ford and they amazingly said, "Bring it back and we'll get you another one from our inventory." I was shocked to hear that offer, but I did as instructed and salesman Lucas Leidich and Dustin Duff found and detailed another Mustang exactly like the one I originally accepted. The deal was re-written and I'm the happiest San Tan Ford customer EVER! I can't express how happy I am with my new (perfect) Mustang GT and the way I was treated. Thank you very much! More

I had just decided to keep my car one more year when the car decided to tell me no!.. you need a new vehicle..It was time. I had done quite a bit of searching online and was leery at first.. but step by step.. no push no big giant close ( they still wrote on the paper that's a Foursquare close) no pressure.. I kept thinking I don't feel like running away, and everything fit my need, worked out good and I drove my new vehicle home. More
