Sales dept was good Daniel M was good to work with . We did have to wait for quite a while to get to finance. You only had one Fob so when I got home I called to check if the other one was found and w We did have to wait for quite a while to get to finance. You only had one Fob so when I got home I called to check if the other one was found and waited 27 minutes on hold no one came to the phone from sales so i hung up and called back. After 5 min i was able to check on the Fob and was told i needed to come in to get the second Fob. I returned one day later wirh an appointment at 10 but was told it was for 10:30. We waited 3 plus hours for the FOB. I am a bit disapointed that the car we purchased did not have all the required keys / Fob prior to the sale of the car. So we spent a total of 6 plus hours in two days at your facility. More
