Dustin "D'Max" responded to my online inquiry immediately, answered the MANY questions I had, I gave him all my info through text and by the time we arrived at the lot he had my beautiful new car immediately, answered the MANY questions I had, I gave him all my info through text and by the time we arrived at the lot he had my beautiful new car parked at the front waiting for me and all the paperwork ready to be signed. It was the quickest most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Highly recommend! More

The truck was just what I wanted. The first day I was had limited time but sales associate and Manager were great to help speed the first part up. I returned two days later to purchase and it went south. While doing the purchase paperwork, the sales associate went from polite to very rude and confrontational to my wife for asking questions about fees and a misunderstanding about ways to make the down payment. Even telling us to “Either buy the car or leave”. Strangest thing that has ever happened to us at a dealership. The manager was great though. Went out of his way to make things right. More

Drove up to purchase a used EV after calling to confirm that they could process the irs used ev tax credit multiple times on the phone. When I got there I was told that they were unable to do this due to t that they could process the irs used ev tax credit multiple times on the phone. When I got there I was told that they were unable to do this due to the system being down. They were also unwilling to fill out and submit the paper forms. They also added on a $650 appearance protection fee which is completely optional online and would not match the online price. And on top of all that they lost the ev charger. Completely dishonest and misleading business practices. More

I live out of state and this dealer refused to sell me a car unless I physically went into their store 2 hours drive from me. They said they had to prevent fraudulent purchases. Then why did a dealership car unless I physically went into their store 2 hours drive from me. They said they had to prevent fraudulent purchases. Then why did a dealership two states away sell me a car the next day? Step into the 21st century echo Park! I would have paid more because you had the car I wanted but your sales team was unhelpful and borderline rude! More
