She went above and beyond in helping my wife and I reserve the car we wanted, and was such a pleasure to talk with in every interaction. I had called every Toyota dealership within 75 miles of where I live looking for the best deal and dealership to work with, and this location was the best by far. They tried to sell some extra add-ons, but weren't too pushy and I didn't feel pressured to get anything I didn't want. Professional, easy to work with, and we got our car at MSRP (which is practically unheard of right now!!) Next time I go looking for another Toyota vehicle I'm not wasting my time with any other dealership and I'll be coming right back to Elk Grove. More
