Great service! My husband and I went in to the dealership just to browse a few used cars. We were greeted by Vanna who quickly found us the car we were wanting to lo My husband and I went in to the dealership just to browse a few used cars. We were greeted by Vanna who quickly found us the car we were wanting to look at. Unlike a lot of car sales employees we have encountered over the past couple of weeks, she was not overbearing or pushy. Which was great! Vanna was friendly, helpful, and genuinely tried to get us the vehicle we wanted/needed. The whole process of purchasing was fast but not rushed and we got all the information we asked for. Having someone show us some perks of the car was supremely helpful as well. This is a great dealership to go to! More

After warmed up and in his office he showed us all the rebates that was offered at the time and played no games. Asked us where we wanted to be and we worked a deal right then and there. No pressure and extremely informative with each question we had. it was a great experience from him to the financial office. For some odd reason I’ve always held off going to carriage to buy a vehicle, I’m small town and like smaller dealers, but Duane has changed my mind and has all mine and my families business from here on. More
