We have purchased many new vehicles and they are not the best, Rivard GMC best. We had an Online Price from them, they did not honor. We had a trade in value from Carvana and CarMax which they did not come best, Rivard GMC best. We had an Online Price from them, they did not honor. We had a trade in value from Carvana and CarMax which they did not come close to. With Rivard GMC the online price was the price we paid. The salesperson at Rivard did not have to go "Talk" to the Manager we dealt with. We were at the dealership for over 6 hour at coconut Creek, probably should have walked out. Salesperson did a good job explaining the new car. More

I have worked with Vista motors for about 15 years before coconut Creek took over. Despite the fact that Vista was in my opinion, a terrible dealership, I felt a loyalty to a former salesman named Mani.. I coconut Creek took over. Despite the fact that Vista was in my opinion, a terrible dealership, I felt a loyalty to a former salesman named Mani.. I have had over 30 Bmw‘s and most of the time have gotten them elsewhere. I have leased/purchased around five from Vista and most recently from Coconut Creek. Duane was nice to work with and always tried his best. I stayed with the deal because of his respectful way about him. I found the dealership itself to be sleazy. I was responding to with AI replies that contradicted what was told to me. At the end of the day, my decision to stay with coconut Creek was a function of your inventory of a M850 I convertible in the colors and equipment that I wanted. I know coconut Creek is under new management with hopefully a new regime of professionals. I will continue to shop there given inventory availability, and negotiated pricing. I think the new owners have a lot of work to do to make this dealership in respectful and honest car dealers typically have questionable business practices and I hope your dealership will change that. The place is huge staff kept going off somewhere leaving me with a feeling like whats happening need more focus on customer at hand. Wasn’t advised of financial details of sale.
