They gave us a van that for one… wasn’t cleaned. It was heavily smoked in and they masked the smell until the next morning. They didn’t fill up the van after we bought it. Also, we took home a vehicle that was never inspected but was sold as “Toyota certified.” We had to come back a week later to get it inspected and cleaned. We found this out after we left. More
