No one new what was going on when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Took 20 minutes to find vehicle I asked to drive day before. Jeep had locking lug nuts and I asked if there was a key. Was scheduled appointment. Took 20 minutes to find vehicle I asked to drive day before. Jeep had locking lug nuts and I asked if there was a key. Was told it should be in vehicle. I asked again after test drive. No key. Took hours to remove lock nuts. Asked if vehicle had been serviced and was told it was completely serviced. Got home and opened hood no washer fluid. 2 extra fees I was charged for that was not disclosed until signing for car. Approximately $700 for pulsating brake light and theft insurance to register part numbers on Jeep. My wife followed me home and said the brake light never pulsed. I called dealership and they said loose connection and bring back. They offered a tank of gas since I lived far away. I said no after spending 7 hours there the day before just refund the brake money. I was told a manger would call me. 1 week later still no call . More
