How do you know you purchased from a great dealership? Let me share my experience with Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I started online and found two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I reached out and Let me share my experience with Lester Glenn Chevrolet. I started online and found two vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I reached out and was connected with Drew, who was excellent from the very first phone call. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered my questions, and—most importantly—was never pushy. In fact, I had to call him back to finalize everything. After completing most of the paperwork electronically, my buddy and I drove four hours to pick up the vehicles. When we arrived, everything was ready to go. Both vehicles were clean, detailed, and Drew took the time to walk us through all the bells and whistles. During the final OnStar call, I noticed something wasn’t right with the climate control. After some confusion, I realized the A/C wasn’t working. Both vehicles were brand new with only about 10 miles on them, and at this point the Tahoe was already paid for and plated—so technically, this was now my problem. I went back to Drew and explained what was going on. He looked at me like I was crazy—in the best way—then immediately jumped in the vehicle and drove it straight into the service department himself. No hesitation. While they were diagnosing the issue, I waited a few hours and was offered a loaner car and lunch on them. Then Drew called me with the news: my brand-new $97,000 Tahoe needed an A/C compressor. That was a tough call to get—but Drew and Matt immediately apologized and assured me they would take care of everything. And this is where Lester Glenn truly earned my respect, my review, and my future business. They quickly plated my trade-in vehicle and told me they would have Ryan drive my Tahoe—fully repaired—back to me within two days. I’ll admit, I was skeptical. But 48 hours later, my vehicle arrived exactly as promised, fully repaired, and working perfectly. Lester Glenn didn’t cause the A/C issue. What they did do was drop everything to make sure I was taken care of. I honestly can’t think of anything more they could have done. I’m extremely grateful for the effort, professionalism, and integrity shown by everyone at Lester Glenn Chevrolet—especially Drew and Matt. This is how dealerships should operate. More

Drew tried to find me a vehicle that works and whats best for me right now. On the first day we tried a few vehicles but nothing was feeling right. He had a vehicle sent over from another dealership hoping i for me right now. On the first day we tried a few vehicles but nothing was feeling right. He had a vehicle sent over from another dealership hoping it would be the right fit, it unfortunately was not. So he continued to take his time and search and found a vehicle at their Freehold location and found the perfect new vehicle for me in terms of current budget and need. He refused to let me settle for what was "good enough" and helped me to find what was the right vehicle for me. I could not have had a better experience and could not be happier with how the search turned out. More
