Drew, our finance manager made everything super easy to understand and was extremely patient and informative through all of my wife’s and my questions. On two separate occasions I have been to Maus Nissan of Newport Richie and both times sales representatives mislead me to get me into the building which is an hour drive there in an hour drive back home. I never leave with the vehicle I was set out a get. They lie and tell you they have deals and sales going on and when you get there, not one deal was presented to me. I wanted to know about a specific car and because they don’t feel like I can afford it I was never given the price for the car, which BTW is a against the law. I will never deal with this dealership and their unfair practices again. I even have text messages saved from the sales reps to prove my case of them lying to get me way out to the dealership only to find out I was a target once again. I gave Carrie a 5 Star because she was nice only. I was constantly being steered away the car I wanted, online the car I wanted was $37,00 but when I got there it was $47,000 they said because $37,00 was with discount, but they refused to offer any incentive to me once there, but told me they had great incentives to get me there. There was a Maus Family incentive that I was not given even tho I am currently in a Maus Nissan vehicle, there is another Nissan incentive which I was not given even tho I would have been trading in a Nissan. I spent 7 hours in a dealership with a 4 ur old only to leave with the same car I came in. More
