So grateful for Brian and Drew of the Parts and Service Department. They came to my aid when my post manufactured key fob's battery unexpectedly died. They covered my roundtrip Lyft to the dealership, we Department. They came to my aid when my post manufactured key fob's battery unexpectedly died. They covered my roundtrip Lyft to the dealership, went to Autozone to purchase the battery, replaced it, and spared a screwdriver so I can replace my fob when needed. They covered everything!!! This could have been a disaster, but good timing and people were on my side. Thank you! More

Sincere in understanding the details of the trouble My complaints were well understood and documented. They addressed the issue and explained in details on what was repaired and how they did the repair. My complaints were well understood and documented. They addressed the issue and explained in details on what was repaired and how they did the repair. I was told beforehand that the repair may not solve all issues but for the most part, it will. The main car trouble was, it engine breaks at 20 to 35 miles per hour when the gas pedal was released. They replaced parts and reprogrammed the computer. I am satisfied with the work but I hope the problem will not come back. More
