Spending our money on a new Q7 with Drew Malone was so easy! We made our decision early one to purchase an Audi; however, made the biggest mistake in the beginning of going to a different dealership because of the proximity to our house. Those other guys just screwed it all up for Audi and really tested our loyalty to the brand. I will refrain from using colorful adjectives for those guys since this review is for Drew. We decided to give it another chance because Q7 was the car for us. As we walked into Audi Exchange and met Drew, we were just about ready to give him our money! He was very professional, but not pushy. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. What impressed us the most of how Drew was in constant communication with us (calls, texts, email) and always available to talk/meet. We travel for work and Drew's availability and flexibility was much appreciated. During our waiting period for the ordered Q7, Drew always kept us up to date on the status of the delivery, so we never felt like we were forgotten till the pick up. What really made Drew standout was how he was able to quickly understand our needs and delivered on them without a hitch. Coming from the corporate world, the experience with Drew and Audi Exchange was top notch professionalism. We absolutely love our Q7 and will only go to Drew for our next cars. Audi Exchange better keep him around; otherwise, we will follow Drew wherever he is. More

They went out of their way to help make this deal go as smooth as possible, despite the 800+ mile distance between us. Long story short, I drove from PA to IL to purchase a used Mini from Audi Exchange, and the whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, and after a quick test drive to verify the car was ship-shape, it was as simple as handing over the keys to my trade-in, signing the dotted lines, and driving back to Pennsylvania. Again, thank you. I've been thoroughly enjoying the Mini, and I would gladly make the 14 hour drive again to deal with you again. More

We bought a 2011 certified Audi Q5 from Drew Malone, Audi Exchange in October 2013. This was a first time out - of - state internet sales experience. Once the sales price was agreed, the process went extremely smooth. Drew fielded all the questions, inquiries that we threw his way. My husband is a true "car guy" so this was not an easy feat! Drew and dealership also offered to assist with making any necessary travel arrangements. After getting the Q5, which we are loving, there were a few missing items: onboard tool kit and jack. Drew took care of getting these to us promptly with only one phone call. Drew, and the Audi Exchange dealership have been very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them both for both on site and internet sales. Would be even greater if they were closer, so we could use them as our primary dealership! More

We had a particular model, color and specification in mind and he found it for us, it took about a month but we were not in a rush as he found us a phenomenal car. It's been almost 6 months since my family and I purchased this car from Drew and he manages to find time and greet me every time he sees me in for a car wash. I think it's safe to say that not only are we now a fan of Audi for life but we're also big fans of Drew and hope to purchase more cars from him in the future. My family and I have had purchased over 15 cars in my lifetime and this was truly a wonderful and unique experience. My experience at the Audi Exchange was fantastic, and due in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Since I live downtown, a significant amount of my interation with the Exchange was over the phone and e in large part to my salesperson Drew Malone. Since I live downtown, a significant amount of my interation with the Exchange was over the phone and email with Drew. He was incredibly responsive. Not only was Drew thorough in answering all of my questions, but he made sure to answer those questions that I forgot to ask. At the end of the day, I showed-up to the Exchange on a Saturday with a check in-hand written out for our agreed-upon purchase price. Drew took the check, and handed me the keys to the new car...no surprises. Since the time of purchase, Drew has continued to provide invaluable service. I consider him my primary contact at the Exchange. I would recommend the Audi Exchange in Highland Park, and specifically Drew Malone, for anyone in the market for a new/used Audi. More
