No communication from the service department. We had to call to check on the status multiple times, always with a promise that they'd call back in a few minutes, which they never did. We were actually there a free oil change and tire rotation because of the same issue on our previous time there. Overall a very unpleasant experience. If there was another dealership closer, I would go there in a minute. They attempt to do the right thing, however, customer service is not there strong suit. More

Your great service advisor Drew handled our service exceptionally well considering the difficulties of diagnosis of check engine light over several days.
