I told them soon afterwords that the brakes made a screeching sound. I live around 90 miles north in Savannah MO. The wife drives the vehicle all the time. I brought the car in for the 1st oil change and told the Chevrolet dealership again about the noise. I was getting turned off about the noise and if I would buy another Cadillac because the noise was annoying. I had Emmy call me last Friday and I agreed to bring the vehicle in. Mr. Drew Friedman was my Service advisor. I was there from around 10 in the morning until after 3, I thought that a Certified Vehicle covered everything that could go wrong with a vehicle. Mr. Drew and his manager got me new rotors,new pads, and the labor involved for ZERO cost. They had to order some of the parts or I wouldn't been there so long. They gave me lift over to Gates BQ so I got a Great Lunch while I was waiting for my car, I would highly recommend Drew as a Service Advisor and Emmy as a Public Relations person.I will be back to buy another vehicle when my family needs another vehicle. I also liked the appearance of the remodel of the dealership.A 10 out of 10 among car dealerships More
