Not much to say. Demand exceeds supply so it’s a sellers market. We had no ability to remove unwanted options, but this Land Cruiser was the closest we could get. Customer satisfaction suffers when there’s a waiting list, which is a little disappointing. That said, we asked for an expedited sales process to minimize the typical sitting around and Austin and Drew were great to work with. Orem Toyota was definitely the best option among the local dealerships which is why we returned for our second new car this year. More
