A recall on my van was needed for my sprinter to get my tags.. These guys refused to do the recall service due to them having to work on it for 4 hours without getting paid! ITS A RECALL!!! These guys are phenomenal! Was on a cross country trip from CO to CA and had a mishap a couple hours away. Called in and they said they could get me in next morning to have a look. Damage was way worse from CO to CA and had a mishap a couple hours away. Called in and they said they could get me in next morning to have a look. Damage was way worse than I though but they got the parts on order same day. Spent two “rough” days exploring the western coast and the truck was finished up with a new tranny and driveshaft for my 1200 mile ride home. Can’t thank these guys enough for helping a stranded racer and getting me back on the road!! Thank you especially Joe for your understanding and letting us store our trailer! It is much appreciated! More
