The worst experience I have ever had with one of the workers there, his name is Vic. I took my car, had no updates from him unless I asked. When I did get an update I was told my car could be picked up a week after I left it at 5pm. I went at 5.30pm and guess what, my car was not even ready for pick up. Management is non existent, do not expect to hear back from ANYONE let alone management EVER. Someone else ended up helping me out and that man seemed embarrassed of how I had been treated. When they finally advised my car was ready I went to go pick it up and they could not find the paperwork nor my keys. Very unprofessional working people and management is truly non existent. The people on the phone lines are not allowed to transfer calls so if you leave a VM do not expect to ever hear back from them. What a shame. Only one worker out of all of them I dealt with was worth my time. Very disappointing. Jorge Alpizar is the main reason I will be returning for ANY service at this location. He took over my case in a very correct and professional way and apologized for something he did not even have to. He’s the one to go to if you ever end up in this place! More

Found out from the "Call Center" that calls are not even taken by staff, so basically you're reaching an answering service. Went over a week after leaving messages several times, daily without a return call taken by staff, so basically you're reaching an answering service. Went over a week after leaving messages several times, daily without a return call, finally got my brother involved as he lives nearer and he visited on my behalf 4-5 times in a week period, so all told was "in the shop" for about 3 weeks. Was promised either a loaner or rental paid for by them and at the last minute was told that it was NOT approved. Heard A LOT of "sure" "no problem" "I personally promise you" all to NO avail. Then when there looked to be light at the end of the tunnel, the long awaited part was defective, no explanation just told it was defective. Finally had enough and had the still NOT working Jeep towed to another service center. The communication was all but non existent and when I was lucky enough to get info, it was at the end of the day. Pa Thetic, very unprofessional at best, and in my 50+ years the Worst dealer related experience I've Ever hand. AND we have purchased 5+ vehicles over the years, FROM THIS DEALER!!, We'll still buy Jeep but NOT at this dealership. Update: the paperwork we got back with the vehicle simply listed check engine light, and their response needs a fuel tank. The how and the why we're not included and those blanks were only filled in by again me going back to the dealer and asking a service advisor who managed to track down the tech that actually did the work. They were also scratching their head why none of this was included in what they called the story. Bear in mind we paid a fee for the diagnostic and labor still couldn't get that information from them to finally repair what they couldn't. Again ineptness and unprofessionalism along with the rest of the xxxx nearest 3 week headache just really put the proverbial icing on the cake. smh, xxx guys?, gyst. More

If I can give Mike & this dealership zero stars I would. Don’t waste your money or your time. They are full of lies from the moment they take your money. You will not get a return call from the service manager or the service advisor Neyma and good luck with the General Manager Josh Clinton who also doesn’t answer his phone calls, tosses your emails around to others and will never intend on fixing your problem. My Wagoneer has had multiple attempts to be fixed since October of 2023 and it comes back the same. To the point Mike & Beatriz Jimenez said today to take the car to another service dealer they weren’t doing anything else to it and if I didn’t return the loaner I was going to have the police called on me for theft of the loaner. Absolutely ridiculous! The screen they supposedly changed has the same “UConnect Box requires Service take to authorized dealer” issue it had since I purchased it. The seat fans still don’t function as they should.At this point I’ve escalated the issue to different levels including reporting them to the State. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere but here. I’ve been a BMW customer since 2017 and have never in my life been treated this way. The moment I purchased a car from here the nightmare began. Never again will I buy a car nor recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Chrysler, Jeep, Ram! More

My review is not so good. I am still waiting for the service manager to return my call. My vehicle was there for body work for 2 months and then had tok be sent to service and I am still waiting for the service manager to return my call. My vehicle was there for body work for 2 months and then had tok be sent to service and it has been a disaster. Vehicle was purchased from them in this year brand new and I would expect better service than this. Every time I call to speak to the manager or who ever is over the service center I receive no call back and now I am highly pissed because one of their techs damaged something in my vehicle. I have given them a whole week for a return call and nothing. I was told a mike Ortiz would return my call nothing. I spoke to a Drema or something like that and she ensured me she would replay the message. Guess what?? Nothing. More

I was told my Pacifica need new transmission, that there was metal in the transmission fluid which is a sign of advanced damage. I was charged $200 for diagnostic. I was also told the transmission was rep was metal in the transmission fluid which is a sign of advanced damage. I was charged $200 for diagnostic. I was also told the transmission was reprogrammed at your cost and no charged to me and after wards it still malfunctioned. I took the vehicle to a Transmission specialist with 30 years experience. He checked the transmission fluid. There was no trace of metal particles. He cleared the vehicle computer system of 51 stored faults. Test drive the van after and reported the vehicle is running ok and doesn't require any further service attention. I can't understand how you could have reprogrammed the system without cleaning the fault logs. I am claiming the $200. I was charged for diagnostic purposes since you statement were proven untrue and you were proposing a charge in the excess of $11000. For work that not required. The Transmission Technician I went to charged me $90. For his work. I am very much disappointed the service you provided. More
