Pressured into buying an extra warranty for something that already has a warranty. Despite repeated statements of “I can’t do this, I’m on a fixed income and can’t, I can’t afford it” through the whole that already has a warranty. Despite repeated statements of “I can’t do this, I’m on a fixed income and can’t, I can’t afford it” through the whole session. I finally caved just to be able to get out of there. They ABSOLUTELY will not let me rescind this, even though now, I cannot make my car payments. How greedy are these people? I had a horrible experience and I now my car and have to get rid of it because now I cannot afford my payments. I am totally distraught and upset. I was crying in the office and left crying and cried for a couple of hours and I’m crying again today. This was a HORRIBLE experience for me. Now I have to figure out how get rid of a new 2022 car with 91 miles on it. I’m open to suggestions. I now don’t even care what vehicle I drive. Bit’s been a nightmare! More
