Dishonest business practices, tried to have me sign a deal sheet with different values than what was previously agreed upon. Finally corrected them and then finance had a completely different set of numb deal sheet with different values than what was previously agreed upon. Never got to see the truck until after I signed because it was in detail. Not sure why they took so long I’m still cleaning out the caked up dirt in every crack and crevice. Drivers seat destroyed, salesman said he didn’t notice. Front bumper heavy damage. None of these things were shown on the online pictures More

I'd avoid this dealership at all costs. They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did They were not completely honest or forthright about the vehicle I purchased from them. Found the truck on line.... way into the deal only then did they disclose, and after we asked about mileage were we told that this was a loaner vehicle with 600+ miles on it. We flew in from out of town to complete the transaction. With minor snags things went well and we left confident that we had done everything correctly. We had submitted our loan approval paperwork to the dealership for them to complete and send back to the lending bank. When it came time for my automatic payment to be made, I discovered that there was no loan and that the loan offer had expired because Bill Utter Ford failed to submit the loan paperwork to the lending bank. To show how on top of things that this dealership - is not - When I called them on a three-way with my bank they were not even aware that they were almost $30,000 short because the loan was not consummated nor the funds transferred. No telling how long this would have gone on if I had not initiated an inquiry. Further, because the loan had expired, I would have had to apply for a new loan at possibly a different(higher interest rate). We elected to do the right thing and pay them with a wire transfer. An additional rub with Bill Utter Ford is that they are horrible at communication. Their transparence is Also exceedingly poor. I have attempted to communicate with them and this only results impartial or what I feel is indifferent, irresponsible and unresponsiveness. They never follow up.......... As far as their propaganda on their phone recording goes, I do not see any commitment to the customer, Period!! This is still not resolved. I have no new clear title contract or any idea when I will get plates and inspection sticker from this lethargic dealership. More
