I am loyal to the Mercedes brand and also loyal to my sales person, Greg Giordano. He is honest and I always feel that he has my best interest. I have leased and purchased 5 cars with him and his Dad, Ken over a 24 year period. I just recently, picked up on Friday, 2/28 another E350 which worked for my budget and Greg went to work to make sure I was happy. He paired me with Michael to deliver the new car with all the bells and whistles. Michael was patient explaining all the new technology and making sure I was comfortable using it before I left the lot. Thank you Greg and Michael for a wonderful experience. I'll see you again soon.
