There is a billboard close to my house that reads: " Herb Chambers - We don't sell you cars, we help you buy them...". I always thought this was an interesting statement as buying cars is typically anything but fun. After a ton of research, my wife and I decided that it was time to turn her car in and purchase an Audi Q5 Hybrid. We visited three dealerships in total. The first two dealerships were not able to meet my needs. We ended up at Herb Chambers Audi Brookline where we were fortunate to meet Xavier Pena - Audi Brand Specialist. From the moment I met him, I knew our experience at Herb Chambers was going to be better and different. Xavier was calm, not overly aggressive, confident, and very knowledgeable about the Q5. He was respectful and listened to what we had to say. After a great discussion, he asked us what he could do to help us buy a car. He brought our offer to his Sales Manager, advocated for us and we soon came to an agreement. We drove home late in the day feeling confident that we got the best deal possible and thankful that we took the time to go to Herb Chambers Audi Brookline. I enthusiastically recommend visiting Herb Chambers Audi Brookline and Xavier if you are in the market for an Audi, if you want a great deal and a respectful, seamless purchasing experience. I am so pleasantly surprised with the experience at Audi of Brookline. My Dad is elderly and after years of sacrificing for his family, he decided to treat himself to a more luxurious car. We found a beautiful Matador Red Q5 on the Carfax app, and decided to check it out and perhaps take a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Jeremiah Wall, who was not only knowledgeable about the product, but so personable, attentive, and treated my Dad with great patience and respect. That really meant a lot to me personally, as we have dealt with "predatory" salesmen before. I cannot express how impressed we were with Jeremiah's professionalism, care and constant communication. The only negative part to our experience was when it came to financing. It seems like the whole process was full of unnecessary roadblocks for those not financing at the dealership. (The rates were honestly not competitive to what is in the marketplace.) As mentioned, Dad is elderly, and he had to make a 40 minute trip to Brookline 3 separate times, when things really could have been handled online with DocuSign or a similar secure service. That aside, the dealership has been great with a couple little issues we've had since taking delivery - a few sensors that needed a reset, etc. Again, big thank you to Jeremiah for his knowledge, patience and constant communication.
