I purchased a used truck, 4 years old, from this dealership and I was not even 5 miles away when the truck broke down. Took 2 weeks to get repaired. Now a year later I trade the truck in and have to dealership and I was not even 5 miles away when the truck broke down. Took 2 weeks to get repaired. Now a year later I trade the truck in and have to call Metro Ford back again to cancel the extended warranty I purchased through them. It’s been 8 weeks and still waiting for a check. I was told it was mailed out the end of August and its the middle of September and still no check. No one returns phone calls or emails. Definitely not a relations I want with a dealership, won’t ever buy a vehicle here again. More
