We leased a JL Jeep Unlimited from Doug Rodriguez 4 years ago. It was a positive, easy experience from start to finish. I feel remiss in not writing this earlier! We had some issues with the lease company and Doug was on it. His communication has always been prompt and professional. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for an FCA vehicle. It was worth the drive from Middleton to get the exact vehicle we wanted, a fair price, and the service we experienced from Doug. He stayed past closing when we took delivery because he was struggling with removing the plates on our trade in vehicle to save us another trip to Waukesha. He continues to be a pleasure to work with. His service is what brought us back to Wilde. Unfortunately, we have been looking at a used vehicle not offered on his lot, but at the Toyota store. Same dealer, vastly different experiences. Doug has my referral and repeat business in the future. I cannot say the same about the used staff at the Toyota store.
