Very disappointing. Was working with a salesperson who said they were going to run the car out to us to have us test drive, after I told him we were very interested. We had finalized price and discussed how I was going to pay them cash. He got tied up with a customer all day and didn't make it out to us. (Let's see, maybe find someone else in the dealership that isn't doing anything and have them run it out to us.) That same night, the car gets sold out from under us. I had asked about putting down a deposit, but another gentlemen that I spoke to said, no that we had to look at the car before they'd accept a down payment. How about first, going to the first customer that was interested (me) and saying that they had another interested party and that I would have to put a non-refundable deposit down sight unseen, if I wanted the car. Communications across their sales group is obviously not good. Huge disappointment after spending a lot of time searching for this car. And of course they have nothing else comparable to offer us. Sold used car with winter tires and one key and did not disclose. Kept trying to sell a windshield protectant and inflated the registration costs to try and bury the windshield fee in there. Were flexible about waiting for banking transfers though. More
