Been going to Sid Dillon for ongoing problems with battery in my Bolt EV. This time their "solution" was to update the power train control module thereby cutting my range to under 200 miles. Didn't have the parts needed for my 45,000 mile transmission service. As a whole, the prices are getting out of control for vehicle services. $800+ for routine maintenance services is a good way to transmission service. Outstanding service. I bought my Tahoe a year ago. Tom K. was fabulous and went above and beyond our expectations. A few weeks ago I had to make a trip back for recalls and a faulty gas door. The gas d K. was fabulous and went above and beyond our expectations. A few weeks ago I had to make a trip back for recalls and a faulty gas door. The gas door took longer than expected to receive in. Sid Dillon Blair let my use a rental vehicle for the extra time so I wouldn't have to make several round trip visits back (I'm about an hour away so its a 2 hour round trip). I could buy a vehicle closer to home, but the service after the sale is what keeps me coming back. Thank you for the stellar service! More
