I have purchased two used vehicles from Suburban Chrysler of Novi and have had great service on both occasions. Even though I was buying used and, on the last occasion, I was buying something other than a Ch of Novi and have had great service on both occasions. Even though I was buying used and, on the last occasion, I was buying something other than a Chrysler product, I was treated with respect and provided all the information I needed prior to making my purchase. I was not pressured into settling for something I was not fully interested in and my salesman (Doug Mueller) went out of his way to make sure I purchased the vehicle I really wanted. I would gladly recommend this dealer to family and friends. More

I was only halfway to accepting that I needed to buy a new car, preowned, because I wanted nothing to do with a new car payment and the credit vetting process. But I hooked up with Douglas Mueller, and he new car, preowned, because I wanted nothing to do with a new car payment and the credit vetting process. But I hooked up with Douglas Mueller, and he said that he had the "perfect car" for me. I took a test drive and loved the ride. The next day as I worked at my office, Doouglas crunched some numbers and Louie processed the lender application. All of this was going on while I was at work and was kept informed during the entire process. Within hours I got the news that I was the proud owner of a Metallic Blue Flame 2010 Ford Focus, with all the bells and whistles! Stunned, I went through my paperwork a couple of days later, got a tour of the entire Suburban facility. I met Bob, the manager, who welcomed me and invited me to contact him also if I have any future concerns or needs regaring my purchase. I hope this testimonial is the tour de force I wanted it to be when I began writing it! The team at this dealership is totally wonderful! More
