Doug was recommended to me on a social media post since my previous lease was almost up. I’m so glad I reached out to him. He kept me informed even over a holiday weekend of the availability of the specifi my previous lease was almost up. I’m so glad I reached out to him. He kept me informed even over a holiday weekend of the availability of the specific Traverse I was interested in. I was initially in the market for another Traverse, Grand Highlander or an Explorer. I decided to get the Traverse because Doug was genuinely nice and I didn’t feel pressured like some of the other sales people I had contact with. He treated me like a friend and made the whole process so easy. Doug also explained the new features in the SUV with detail and didn’t rush like the previous dealership I got my lease through. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family in the future. More
