This may have been my first car buying experience, but I have spent my childhood in dealerships and it is an understatement to speak on how easy and effortless this entire experience was for me. I’ve been e have spent my childhood in dealerships and it is an understatement to speak on how easy and effortless this entire experience was for me. I’ve been eyeing a Lexus for a while, and I had no intent on buying a new car anytime soon, until I found the perfect one I wanted the first time I stepped foot into Northside. The friendliness and the time my salesman, Doug T. took out to let me test drive a car and show me all of the options the car has to offer is honestly the reason I felt so comfortable buying a vehicle from this particular dealership. Doug was patient throughout the entire process, and the process was smooth from the beginning to end. After receiving my vehicle from reserving one, I also was given an extremely thorough tutorial on the technology in my NX from John. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing, and if anyone is looking to buy a Lexus, you don’t even have to think twice about this dealership. Thank you Northside Lexus team, Doug, Jeff, Doug (finance), and John for an awesome car buying experience!!!!!! 100/10. More
