I am not very good at electronics so Gordon set up my communication and showed me how everything works. The sign at home was a big plus for me. CROOKS! CROOKED MECHANICAL SERVICE! I brought my vw in for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor for a problem, they diagnosed it as a timing issue, charged me about $1,000. They did NOT change valve cover gasket either, charged me parts / labor almost $100. The cars been there over and over, and they do nothing to fix the problem. THIS LAST TIME, they told me it needs a transmission, yet no error codes came up before with them or the other vw dealer i went to. WHO CAN YOU TRUST? They overcharge by 4x or more for everything. WARNING ! DO NOT DEAL WITH FINDLAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ! The staff are professional and polite, and tried to help but ended up advising me to get rid of my car and get a new one...HOW CONVENIENT! I WOULD NOT RATE THEM WITH A ZERO BUT THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THIS SITE. GUESS WHAT? my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is emitting again, at the time I picked up my car three days ago. More

NIGHTMARE This place is a total joke! I've been back here 4 times to pick up my vehicle and it's always a new problem. They tried to give the vehicle back to me This place is a total joke! I've been back here 4 times to pick up my vehicle and it's always a new problem. They tried to give the vehicle back to me with the hood not closed properly. If you don't check it, guess what, its not an issue (in their eyes). Horrible customer service and disrespectful employees. Id never exspect this from a dealer, I've had better service from a mom & pop automotive shop. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone unless you're looking to spend extra money for problems that far exceed the original ones. More
