Hi I have discussed with internet sales manager Douglas Jones and got intermittent response from him last week. At first I wanted to purchase the extended warranty but never could get a hold of Wilson. I changed my mind now and not to purchase extended warranty. My concern is just as a salesman, you want to sell your customer a car, do not tell them to drive on flat tires if you are not sure. Used cars may only have 1 key but should clearly let the customer know ahead rather than ‘too bad’when I picked up the car. I never got a call back from salesman when he could locate the key from previous owner. If I did not investigate myself, the car would be continued driving with no transmission service after 69,000 miles.. the car will break down for lacking of maintenance. I sure will not come back to your dealership as much as I can although I have 2 more Honda cars at home. But thank you for taking the time to response to my concern or complaint.
